Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Epuwe!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contacto@epuwe.cl within 15 days.

Exempt Assets

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a bank transfer will be applied to your bank account or original payment method, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at contacto@epuwe.cl

Shipment

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
