Trapelakucha earrings
Description
Available
Trapelakucha design, originally a brooch used to tie the shawl and placed in the center of a woman's body. It represents the origin of life for the Mapuche people on earth and considers the three spaces that exist in the world in which we live. The world under the earth (Inche Mapu) is the place of ancestral spirits; the earth (Nag Mapu) is the place where life develops; and the sky (Wenu Mapu) is the place of superior spirits. The chains represent the space between earth and sky; they are a bridge between the earthly and spiritual, which translates into knowledge and wisdom that is constantly growing.
